Instructions
- Mix the goat cheese with the honey and spread it on one side of each slice of bread.
- Top two slices with bell pepper, spinach/arugula and pistachios. Add beet carpaccio and radish if using.
- Place the other slices on top and press down gently.
- Heat your Stark frying pan over medium heat and melt 1 tsp of butter. Toast the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes per side).
- Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
This sandwich is delicious with a fresh salad or a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Perfect for a festive Easter breakfast or brunch!
