Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in the sauté pan over high heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they are pink and cooked.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Pour the white wine into the sauté pan and let it briefly boil to evaporate the alcohol.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the cream. Stir well and let the sauce thicken for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the creamy Tuscan shrimp on top of cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

    • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 1 cup cream
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
    • Cooked pasta of your choice
